Description

A range of superior quality flexible and semi-flexible micro endoscopes for accessing the smallest holes. This type of instrument is often used for inspection of aircraft turbine blades and fine tubing. Glass fibre illumination surrounds a central image fibre.
The focus range is between 1mm and 25mm which is suitable for close work. These endoscopes are often used with an endoscope camera and adapter arrangement for viewing on a video monitor. Viewing direction is 0° (forward viewing) with a 50°-70° angle of view.  90° side viewing instruments are possible at diameters of 1.0mm+.
Standard diameters are 0.5mm (6000 pixel), 1.0mm (10,000 pixel), 1.4mm (17,000 pixels - semi rigid only), 1.7mm (17,000 pixels - flexible), 2.0mm (up to 30,000 pixels), 3.0mm (up to 50,000 pixels) with standard lengths of 300, 500 and 1000mm+.
Stainless steel covered 'semi-rigid' versions of all standard lengths and diameters are available. The minimum insertion tube working length possible is 50mm.
Our micro fibrescope insertion probes are waterproof and can withstand temperatures of up to 70°C. Price includes fitted case.
